  • Caleb Rohn

    Chief Executive Officer

    Caleb Rohn is a photonics systems engineer and entrepreneur with a background in applied mathematics and coherent optical engineering. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Optics and Photonics from Montana State University. His technical work centers on free-space optical communications, coherent lidar architectures, and phase-sensitive measurement systems, with experience spanning government-funded research and early-stage commercialization. As CEO, he drives technical vision and capital strategy, aligning deep physical innovation with disciplined execution to build scalable, defensible coherent sensing platforms.

  • Cole Hammond

    Chief Technology Officer

    Dr. Cole Hammond is a photonics engineer specializing in coherent imaging systems, advanced optical architectures, and signal-aware hardware design. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and has spent over six years developing phase-sensitive sensing platforms at the intersection of optics, electronics, and computation. His work spans algorithm-informed system design and the translation of laboratory prototypes into field-ready hardware. At LinQ, he leads core technology strategy and system architecture, focusing on building modular, high-performance coherent platforms engineered for precision, scalability, and deployment in demanding environments.

  • Zachery Lakin

    Chief Operating Officer

    Zachery Lakin is a physicist and systems engineer specializing in coherent lidar design, optical metrology, and end-to-end system integration. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master’s degree in Optics and Photonics from Montana State University. His background includes precision measurement systems and phase-sensitive instrumentation, with a focus on transitioning high-fidelity laboratory architectures into reliable, manufacturable products. As COO, he leads operational execution and integration strategy, ensuring coherent platforms move efficiently from prototype to deployable, mission-ready systems.

  • Tavis Hamilton

    Chief Sales & Marketing Officer

    Tavis Hamilton is a veteran business development and go-to-market expert and entrepreneur with a specialized background in edge AI, spatial computing, and computer vision, who has helped well over one hundred businesses successfully launch advanced technologies throughout global markets. He started his career as a marine engineer with Woods Hole Oceanographic supporting manned and unmanned subsea missions, where he developed a lifelong passion for robotics and advanced sensing. Since then, he has worked with Intel, Microsoft, NetApp, and Reply. Over the past several years he has expanded his expertise into the quantum and photonics industries and is currently completing a Master’s in Innovation Management at Montana State University with a focus on deep-tech commercialization.
